Adrian is the owner of CAD Construction, which has been in operation since 1998.
CAD has completed the construction of many new homes, renovations, and commercial ventures to include their own residential developments.
Aside from the build itself, Adrian is involved from the inception of each project, with invaluable contributions to the design phase, all the way through to completion, with exceptional attention to detail in his finishes.
RORY CAMERON-SMITH ARCHITECTS is a small, well-established architectural company based in Noordhoek, Cape Town, South Africa since 1991.
We specialise in the residential market and have completed a range of projects from high-end single residential houses to smaller medium size residential, group housing and multi-residential developments, with a speciality in Estate Architecture.
We have also been involved in commercial retail and community projects in and around Cape Town surrounds, including Eco-housing, alterations and additions to existing buildings, building conversions including experience with heritage and historic sites, including feasibility studies on all projects.
We offer a personalised service from planning and inception, design development and 3D modelling through to council submission and approval, contractor liaison and appointment and construction supervision.
Our experience with the conditions in the Western Cape from climatic to complex, geological mountain sites, enables an appropriate response to specific client briefs with a close eye on budgets and timing.
Contextual responses with forms in space and light using sustainable materials, are our cornerstones for ensuring good architecture.
