Damian was raised and educated in Zimbabwe, and at a young age pursued a career in Aviation which spanned the better part of 30 years, most of which was spent based in Dubai, UAE. Alongside the flying, property has been a true passion of his, leading to his involvement in all aspects of the property sector, from long term property investment to the purchase, renovation of and sale of existing homes in addition to property development. In 2017, Damian retired from aviation to invest himself fully into the business of property.

Having had the facility to travel extensively throughout his career in aviation, Damian was fortunate enough to get a true appreciation for the varying property markets around the world, a multitude of architectural styles and their associated cultural values. Having been based in Dubai, he was able to get involved in the freehold residential market, from its inception in the early 2000’s, with a primary focus on luxury villas within a development known as The Arabian Ranches. Outside of Dubai, projects have been undertaken in Zimbabwe, Johannesburg, Umhlanga, and Cape Town.
